Israel has imposed restrictions on flights from Ben Gurion Airport in Tel Aviv following Iran’s retaliatory strikes on Arad and Dimona in the south of the country.
Israeli Transportation Minister Miri Regev announced
that restrictions had been imposed on flight operations at Ben Gurion Airport
upon the recommendation of security officials. Regev stated that starting at
5:00 p.m. local time today, only one aircraft per hour would be permitted to
land and take off, instead of two, and that the passenger limit per flight had
been reduced from 120 to 50.
