The influx of tourists to Japan continues as records for foreign visitors were broken in June and July. The streets of Harajuku and Shibuya, some of Tokyo's most popular tourist areas, remain crowded with foreign visitors in August.

Japan, the Far Eastern country, continues to be a focal point of interest for tourists. Following record-breaking numbers of tourists in June and July, foreign interest in Japan continued this month. Over the weekend, Harajuku and Shibuya, Tokyo's most popular tourist districts, experienced a significant influx of foreign visitors. The streets were filled with tourists, some capturing memories with photographs, while others enjoyed shopping.

VISITOR RECORD BROKEN

According to the Japan National Tourism Organization (JNTO), the number of foreign visitors to the country reached a record-breaking 3.14 million in June, and this record was renewed in July with 3.29 million visitors.
