To accelerate the next phase of its
exceptional growth, the Emirates Group has launched a global talent acquisition
and recruitment drive. During this financial year, the aviation giant aims to
add 17,300 new team members across 350 different positions — a number
equivalent to the population of a mid-sized town or the total seating capacity
of 58 Airbus A350 aircraft.
These roles span across all departments, functions,
and operations of Emirates — the world’s largest and most profitable
international airline — as well as dnata, a global leader in air and travel
services. There is a strong demand for new talent in cabin crew, pilots,
engineers, commercial and sales teams, customer service, ground operations,
catering, IT, HR, and finance. dnata alone plans to recruit over 4,000
specialists in cargo, catering, and ground handling services.
Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, Chairman and Chief
Executive of Emirates Airline and Group, stated: “Emirates Group’s human
resources strategy is aligned with Dubai’s D33 Economic Agenda and our own
ambitious growth and expansion plans. We are seeking talented professionals
from around the world to help us bring our bold vision to life, redefine the
future of aviation, and uphold our commitment to innovation and excellence.
This is a unique opportunity for skilled individuals to play a key role in our
strategy and growth journey.”
Throughout the year, Emirates Group will host over
2,100 career days and recruitment events in more than 150 cities to attract top
talent for critical roles like pilots, IT specialists, engineers, and cabin
crew. These events will also include Dubai-based initiatives aimed at
connecting with UAE national students and graduates. For those aspiring to join
the Emirates Group, these events offer a valuable chance to engage with
experienced recruiters and long-serving, passionate employees.
