The company's portfolio in Eurasia now stands at more than 90 hotels, the majority of which are located in India, one of the world's most dynamic and fastest growing hospitality markets.

Wyndham's strategic agreements for the development of new hotels also played an important role in the growth of the company's brands during this period. These agreements include those that will bring the world-renowned Super 8 by Wyndham brand to two high-demand markets, Saudi Arabia and the Iberian Peninsula.

By signing new agreements in markets such as the Iberian Peninsula and Saudi Arabia, we are not only growing, but also creating new opportunities for our partners and further expanding the great choices for our guests to stay in the region."

Wyndham's global room count grew by a net 4 percent year-on-year in the first half of 2025, while the company's project pipeline grew for the 20th consecutive quarter, reaching 255,000 rooms, the highest level ever.
