ALL Accor and Kenya Airways have launched a partnership offering flights, accommodations, exclusive experiences, and seamless rewards opportunities.
Kenya’s national airline, Kenya Airways, and Accor’s award-winning
booking platform and loyalty program, ALL Accor, have signed a strategic
partnership to offer new rewards to their customers. With this partnership,
Kenya Airways has become the first African airline to join the globally
recognized program.
Under the partnership, Asante Rewards and ALL Accor
members will be able to earn points seamlessly across both platforms and use
their points for flights and travel experiences. Offering greater flexibility,
benefits, and a premium experience, this partnership allows members to easily
convert their rewards through a two-way conversion system; 3,000 Asante Rewards
points can be converted into 1,000 ALL Accor Reward points, while 3,000 ALL
Accor points can be converted into 1,000 Asante Rewards points. These points
can be used across Accor’s global network of over 5,800 hotels and more than 45
brands—from free stays to in-hotel perks and lifestyle experiences. Similarly,
ALL Accor members will gain access to Kenya Airways’ rewards program, which
includes flight and travel-focused benefits.
Kerry Healy, Commercial Director of Accor’s Premium,
Mid-Market, and Economy Brands for the Middle East, Africa, and Asia-Pacific,
made the following remarks regarding the partnership: “Our partnership with
Kenya Airways marks a significant milestone in responding to the demand for
integrated, experience-driven travel in Africa and the Middle East, where
loyalty plays a key role. By bringing together the hospitality and aviation
sectors, we are significantly strengthening the ALL Accor ecosystem by offering
our members seamless access to accommodations, dining, and special events
across more than 45 of our brands, ranging from luxury to economy. This
partnership offers our members greater flexibility, a wider range of benefits, and
opportunities to convert their points into meaningful travel experiences.”
Raki Phillips, Regional Head of Premium, Mid-Scale,
and Economy Brands for Accor in the Middle East, Africa, and Turkey, commented:
“Reflecting the momentum created by Africa and the Middle East becoming
increasingly interconnected travel markets, this partnership transforms travel
into a more seamless and integrated experience for our guests. “Kenya is an
important market for us, and thanks to this partnership, our guests’ journeys
proceed seamlessly from flight to accommodation. It also enables guests and
passengers to earn and redeem points. This partnership aims to deliver simple,
intuitive experiences that truly benefit our guests wherever they travel.”
Julius Thairu, Kenya Airways’ Director of Commercial
and Customer Experience, added the following regarding the partnership: “This
partnership represents a significant milestone not only for Kenya Airways but
also for African aviation. As the first airline on the continent to partner
with ALL Accor, we are proud to offer our loyal customers even more
opportunities to earn, redeem, and use their rewards across the world of travel
and hospitality.”
This strategic partnership brings together Kenya
Airways’ expanding global flight network with Accor’s global network of more
than 5,800 properties in over 110 countries, which includes renowned brands
such as ibis, Novotel, Pullman, Swissôtel, Sofitel, Fairmont, and Raffles.
Members will be able to use their points for flights
with Kenya Airways and SkyTeam partners to regional and international
destinations, as well as for lounge access and additional baggage benefits.
They will also be able to redeem points for accommodations, dining, wellness,
and lifestyle experiences across the Accor network, enjoying a seamless travel
and lifestyle experience. This partnership offers users greater travel
flexibility and enhanced loyalty program benefits. With over 100 million
members worldwide, ALL Accor continues to play a central role in strengthening
guest loyalty across the Accor ecosystem while rapidly expanding its reach.
Members of both programs will be able to start taking advantage of these new
benefits through their respective loyalty platforms.
