At a ceremony held at the Hyatt Regency Düsseldorf, alltours honored 13 employees for their long-term service to the company. Eight of them have been with the company for 25 years, and five for ten years.
“Long-serving employees embody experience, reliability, and continuity. They pass on their knowledge and foster a sense of unity at alltours. I would like to thank them sincerely for their dedication and loyalty to our company,” said Dennis Schrahe, CEO of alltours, at the anniversary celebration.
To mark their 25th anniversary, the employees will receive a travel voucher for two people worth 7,000 EUR, 6,000 EUR in travel spending money, and ten days of special leave. Employees who have been with the company for ten years will receive a luxury watch. The cash and in-kind benefits for the 13 employees celebrating their anniversaries have a total value of approximately 200,000 EUR. Traditionally, alltours honors long-serving employees twice a year, in the summer and winter.
The employees celebrating their anniversaries work at the alltours headquarters in Düsseldorf, in the company’s own travel agencies, and as tour guides and activity leaders in the destination areas.
