1. Data Controller

Pursuant to Article 3 of the KVKK, the data controller is Yedi Reklam Tanıtım Organizasyon Medya Matbaacılık Turizm ve Ticaret A.Ş. ("Yedi İletişim").

2. Categories of Personal Data Processed

• Connection data: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring URL, session information (via essential cookies).
• Usage data: Pages visited, time spent on the page, click behavior (for anonymous/aggregated statistical purposes).
• Contact data: Name and email address of visitors who contact us by email (only when shared voluntarily).
• Newsletter subscription data: Email address (only with explicit consent).

3. Purposes of Processing

• Technical operation and security of the Site.
• Generating usage statistics and improving content.
• Responding to contact inquiries.
• Delivering newsletters.
• Fulfilling legal obligations.

4. Legal Grounds

Personal data is processed on the legal grounds set out in Article 5/2 of the KVKK, including: the establishment and performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, the legitimate interests of Yedi İletişim (analytics and security), and, where required, the explicit consent of the visitor.

5. Data Transfers

Personal data may be transferred, only to the extent necessary, to domestic and international infrastructure providers (hosting, CDN, email delivery) and statistical service providers. Disclosures may also be made to public authorities when required by law. No data is shared with any other third party.

6. Retention Periods

Data is retained only for as long as necessary for the purposes of processing. Newsletter data is retained until unsubscription; connection/log records are kept for the period required by applicable law (up to 2 years). Upon expiry, data is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized.

7. Data Subject Rights (Article 11 of the KVKK)

As a data subject, you have the right to:

• learn whether your personal data is being processed;
• request information if it has been processed;
• learn the purpose of processing and whether data is used in accordance with that purpose;
• know the third parties to whom data is transferred, domestically or abroad;
• request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data;
• request deletion or destruction of data in accordance with applicable law;
• object to the exclusively automated analysis of your data;
• claim compensation for damages caused by unlawful processing.

8. Exercising Your Rights

To exercise your rights under the KVKK, please submit your request to [email protected] in accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles for Application to the Data Controller. Your request will be answered within 30 days at the latest.

9. Amendments

This Policy may be revised by Yedi İletişim due to changes in legislation or processing practices. The current version shall enter into force upon publication on the Site.
