A passenger who made racist slurs and attacked other passengers during the flight was restrained to his seat with plastic handcuffs and tape.
According to a report on CNN, Arthur Lundeen, 67, who allegedly caused a disturbance on an American Airlines flight, was restrained to his seat with packing tape after other passengers intervened.
It was alleged that the passenger, who also had plastic handcuffs on his hands, behaved aggressively toward the cabin crew and other passengers, used racist language, hurled profanities, and made offensive remarks directed specifically at the women sitting behind him.
The FBI announced that the passenger was taken into custody after the plane made an emergency landing at Baltimore Airport.
