The 2026 edition of the World Economic Forum’s Travel & Tourism Development Index (TTDI) has just been published, with Europe dominating the top 10.
Euronews – While Japan claimed the top spot overall, Albania was named as the fastest improver in the World Economic Forum’s Travel & Tourism Development Index.
The index looks at factors and policies that enable sustainable and resilient development in the travel and tourism space, under broad pillars like air transport structure, price competitiveness and safety and security.
