Louise Bates will take up her post at the start of the new financial year on 1 October.
Artur Gerber, Managing Director TUI Blue Hotel Betriebsgesellschaft, is handing over his role as Managing Director to Louise Bates, previously Director of Brand & Products at TUI Hotels & Resorts.
She has been appointed to the management board of the hotel subsidiary and, together with Bernd Mäser, will take on responsibility for this business segment of TUI Hotels & Resorts. Bernd Mäser has been CEO TUI Hotels & Resorts since 1 May 2026; this company oversees the TUI Group’s own hotel and club brands, such as Robinson, TUI Magic Life, TUI Blue and The Mora.
