Just a 30-minute private yacht ride from Malé, Maxx Royal Maldives—spanning five islands—offers a new Maxx Royal world in the Maldives with a culinary selection curated by world-renowned chefs and living spaces designed to appeal to every generation.
A new chapter in the Maxx Royal story is unfolding on Kaafu Atoll, surrounded by the turquoise waters of the Indian Ocean. Maxx Royal Maldives, the first Maxx Royal Resort outside of Türkiye, is set to open its doors in the fall of 2027.
Comprising five distinct islands, the resort goes beyond the Maldives’ traditional single-island layout to offer a unique world where each island possesses its own distinct character. From secluded villas to vibrant gathering spots, and from gastronomy to wellness, these diverse living spaces form integral parts of the Maxx Royal experience that spans across the islands.
Accessible from Malé in just 30 minutes by private yacht or luxury speedboat, Maxx Royal Maldives offers guests the freedom to arrive on the island at various times of the day, eliminating the need to adhere to seaplane schedules that depend on daylight hours.
The villas, nestled among tropical gardens and overlooking the lagoon, are surrounded by terraces stretching toward the beach, restaurants, and social spaces bustling with activity throughout the day. Restaurants bearing the signatures of world-renowned chefs such as Wolfgang Puck and Dani García complement the Maldives’ island lifestyle with a superb culinary selection. All of this is accompanied by Maxx Royal’s generous and personalized service philosophy, which anticipates guests’ needs. Guests can retreat to the privacy of their villas whenever they wish, or join in the islands’ vibrant social life whenever they choose.
