Europe Congress unveils 2027 calendar with Six B2B forums across Europe

2 min read

Europe Congress has released its full 2027 event lineup, confirming six boutique networking forums for the MICE industry — including a revamped MCE South Europe heading to Malaga.

The organiser, which specialises in small-scale, high-ROI B2B forums connecting suppliers with international event planners, announced the calendar on 29 June. The 2027 programme spans six destinations from the Baltics to the Mediterranean.

The 2027 Lineup

MCE Central & Eastern Europe opens the year in Krakow, Poland (14–16 February). The forum links CEE-based suppliers with international planners eyeing one of Europe's fastest-growing MICE markets. The host venue, Fabryczna 13, is a multi-purpose complex combining a hotel, conference centre, dining outlets — and a vodka museum.

Events Club Associations Forum follows in Innsbruck, Austria (7–9 March), targeting a niche audience: association event planners and PCOs organising large-scale international congresses, matched with venues built for that scale.

MCE North & West Europe takes place in Hamburg, Germany (18–20 April) at the Grand Elysée Hamburg — the country's largest five-star property — bringing together regional suppliers and planners looking to grow their business in Northern and Western Europe.

Events Club Life Sciences Forum returns for its third edition in Riga, Latvia (13–15 June), hosted at the Radisson Blu Latvija Conference & Spa Hotel. The forum serves planners in pharma, biotech, and health-science events, pairing them with suppliers experienced in this highly regulated segment.

Events Club Forum, the company's flagship, marks its sixth consecutive year in Prague, Czechia (1–3 September). Held at the Prague Congress Centre, the three-day event blends a traditional exhibition format with pre-scheduled one-on-one B2B meetings.

MCE South Europe, closes the calendar in Malaga, Spain (7–9 November), connecting planners active in Southern Europe with convention bureaus and venues across the Mediterranean region.

Why It Matters?

Boutique forums continue to gain ground as an alternative to mega trade shows, offering planners curated matchmaking and deeper destination immersion. Europe Congress has built its model around exactly that formula — smaller rooms, guaranteed meetings, and destination-led programming — and the 2027 calendar doubles down on regional specialisation, from CEE growth markets to the life-sciences vertical.
