Egypt has become the second-most popular winter destination for alltours. Bookings for trips to Egypt in winter 2026/27 are up by double digits compared to the previous year. In response to the sustained high demand, the tour operator is expanding its selection of hotels and flights significantly.
Particularly in the popular vacation regions of Hurghada and Marsa Alam, capacity has been expanded at renowned hotel chains such as Azur, Jaz, Pickalbatros, Sunrise, Titanic, and The Three Corners. A highlight of the alltours program is the newly opened Stella Lagoon Resort & Spa Hotel in Makadi Bay. The five-star luxury resort is located directly on the beach and features expansive pool areas, a water park, and a comprehensive all-inclusive package. On the German market, the resort is available exclusively through alltours. The program for Sharm El Sheikh has also been expanded; thanks to the increased number of flight options, this destination has once again come into sharper focus. The alltours portfolio now includes over 25 resorts in the 4- and 5-star categories.
Expanded Flight Offerings to Hurghada, Marsa Alam, Sharm El Sheikh, and Cairo
alltours has significantly expanded its flight offerings to Hurghada, Marsa Alam, Sharm El Sheikh, and Cairo. For the 2026/27 winter season, the tour operator is offering new and additional flights to Hurghada from Münster/Osnabrück with Condor and from Dresden with Corendon. Corendon also flies from Cologne/Bonn to Marsa Alam and from Graz and Linz to Hurghada. Eurowings connects Düsseldorf with Cairo.
In the upcoming winter season, alltours will fly to Sharm El Sheikh six times a week: with TUI fly from Düsseldorf and Frankfurt, and with Corendon Airlines from Düsseldorf. In addition, alltours continues to offer daily scheduled flights to Sharm El Sheikh from 10 departure airports in Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, and Switzerland—with Turkish Airlines via Istanbul, Pegasus via Istanbul-Sabiha, Egypt Air via Cairo, and Swiss via Zurich.
New Combinations of Nile Cruises and Beach Vacations
Alltours is also placing a strong emphasis on combined tour packages. Three new Nile cruise combinations each pair a seven-day cruise with a one-week beach vacation on the Red Sea. Options include the MS Traviata with the Hotel Arabia Azur, the MS Nile Shams with the Hotel Shams Safaga, and, as a premium option, the MS Medea with the Stella Lagoon Resort & Spa Hotel.
The five-day or seven-day cruises can be enhanced with a comprehensive excursion package that takes travelers to significant cultural sites along the Nile. The shore excursions are led by state-certified, German-speaking tour guides. Hotel stays can be flexibly arranged before or after the cruise.
Starting in the winter of 2026/27, alltours will also offer one-week Nile cruises with direct flights from Düsseldorf to Luxor.
Cairo continues to gain popularity as a city destination
The newly opened Grand Egyptian Museum is helping Cairo continue to gain popularity as a city destination. As a result, alltours has further expanded its offerings for the Egyptian capital. Three new city tour packages, each with three or four nights’ accommodation, combine a hotel stay with a sightseeing itinerary featuring Cairo’s highlights. These packages are available at the Flamenco Cairo, Pyramids Khan, and Steigenberger Pyramids hotels.
