Long-haul trips are becoming increasingly popular and are being booked earlier and earlier.
For the past five years, the number of long-haul trip bookings received by alltours by September for the winter season has grown by more than 40 percent annually. This trend is continuing for the winter of 2026/27 as well. Long-haul trips to the Maldives, Thailand, Mauritius, Mexico, and the Dominican Republic are particularly popular with alltours customers.
In light of this growth, alltours has once again expanded its offerings for the 2026/27 winter season to include numerous hotels and additional tour packages. The premium and luxury segments, in particular, have been expanded to include high-quality resorts and properties from renowned international hotel chains. The selection for families, couples, and adults-only travelers has also been expanded.
“Long-haul travel is becoming an attractive alternative to the traditional winter vacation in the snow for more and more people. Destinations that promise warm temperatures and offer premium-segment hotels are particularly in demand. We are specifically tailoring our program to meet these changing needs,” says alltours Managing Director Dennis Schrahe.
