Euronews – With almost a year to go, accommodation prices in southern Spain are soaring, with some stays already reaching €33,129 for a single night. Accommodation bookings have multiplied in provinces such as Cádiz, Málaga, Granada and Almería, and prices have risen along with them.
Spain’s tourism sector is already preparing for a new surge in demand. Some hotels in Cádiz have even temporarily closed their bookings due to the volume of requests for August 2027, while interest continues to grow in astrotourism and in destinations where the spectacle can be enjoyed for longer.
